The use of our website is generally possible without stating your personal data. The provision of Personal Data is voluntary.

3. Access data/Server logfiles

 

When visiting our website, the servers will automatically store the information submitted by your browser, so-called server logfiles. This information covers

 

  • Name of website called,
  • File,
  • Date and time of call,
  • Message of successful call,
  • Browser type, including version,
  • Operating system of user,
  • Referrer URL,
  • IP address and
  • Provider.

 

A merging of these data with other data sources will not be carried out. The information will be exclusively used for the analysis and maintenance of the technical operation of the server and of the network in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, lit. f DSGVO.

 

 

4. Cookies

 

Our website stores cookies. Cookies are small files enabling the storage of specific, device-related information on the access device of the user (PC, smartphone etc.). These are designed, on the one hand, for the user friendliness of the website and thus for the users (e.g. storage of login data). We will never pass on these data without your consent. We will treat the data voluntarily provided by you strictly confidential. We will store and use any Personal Data voluntarily provided by you only insofar as such data are required for a further correspondence with you.

 

 

6. Online job application

 

When submitting your job application by email to us, you will voluntarily provide such data to us according to Article 6, para., p. 1, lit. a) DSGVO. We will treat your data strictly confidential and we will never pass on these data to third parties.

 

 

7. Google Maps

 

In addition, our website uses Google Maps of Google LLC. Google Maps serves the purposes of providing geographic data and to calculate directions for finding us. When using Google Maps, the information on the use of our website, including IP address and the data you entered in Google Maps will be transferred to and stored by Google. The relevant legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1, p. 1, lit. f) DSGVO.

 

You may, however, prevent such data transfer by way of deactivating "Javascript" in your browser. In this case, it will not be possible to show any maps, however. 8. Youtube

 

We use Youtube to embed videos. When clicking onto the Youtube videos, data on the user and on the visit on our website can be exchanged with the Youtube server. Youtube is a Social Media Portal of YouTube, LLC, a daughter company of Google LLC since 2016. If the user is a member of Youtube and is logged in with Youtube, in addition, information on his/her the website visit will be assigned to his/her user profile. You may avoid this through logging out. The operator is not informed about the contents of the data exchanged. 9. Google Fonts

 

This website uses so-called Web Fonts for a uniform presentation of fonts made available by Google. 10. Recipients of Personal Data

 

Personal Data will be submitted by us to the following categories of recipients:

Besides this, your Personal Data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless we will be obliged by law in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, p. 1, lit c) DSGVO or the data transfer will be compulsorily necessary to perform a contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, p. 1, lit b).

 

We would like to point out, that the data transfer in the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may involve gaps in security. A gap-free protection of data against the access through third parties is impossible.

 

 

11. Duration of storage

 

We will delete your Personal Data immediately after fulfilling their purpose. This way, we will store your data from your emails and from the contact form until your inquiry has been completely processed and finalized. Afterwards, the data will usually be deleted by us. Furthermore, we will check at annual intervals, whether the data can be deleted.

 

Session cookies will be deleted automatically by us after your visiting our website. Access data and server logfiles will be deleted after one week.

 

Your Personal Data from job applications will be deleted by us at the latest after six months.

 

Please note, that retention requirements for certain data exist under Trade and Tax Law of at least six (§ 257 HGB (German Commercial Code) or ten (§147 AO (Tax Code) years.

You are not obliged by law to submit your Personal Data. But the provision of such data may be required for the conclusion of a contract according to Art. 6, para. 1, p., lit. b).
